For this you will need:

  • 2 tsp. ground coffee;
  • 2 grains of cardamom;
  • 4 cloves;
  • 40 g of dark chocolate.

The first steps are no different from the classic recipe. While the coffee will be infused, you need to melt chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven and add a little milk to it. The resulting warm mixture should be poured into the prepared coffee and poured into cups.

Depending on the region and national characteristics, various ingredients are added to classic coffee with cardamom: orange peel, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, honey, lemon, cream, preserved pineapple, dried cherries.
